“I believe in the kind of love that doesn’t demand me to prove my worth and sit in anxiety. I crave a natural connection, where my soul is able to recognize a feeling of home in another. Something free-flowing, something simple. Something that allows me to be me without question.”
It’s no secret that I love the mountains. I haven’t hiked nearly enough since the world shut down last spring. The few, that I have adventured were all new to me, and absolutely breathtaking (as mountain tops usually are) … This engagement session made me remember how much I love the view.
I met Erin and Cameron via Zoom last spring and I knew immediately that they were my people, especially when they told me about their vision for their engagement session at Hanging Rock State Park. It had snowed several inches at the Park only two days prior – but it only helped to set the ambiance. Despite the patches of ice on the trail, it was worth the hike and honestly there’s nothing sweeter than a couple snuggling at the top of a snowy mountain. I am so excited to work with them again this fall for their wedding, which will be at yet another amazing venue.
