Day two of our Art of Boudoir Workshop, hosted in Durham North Carolina – should be known as bath tub day. Sure, sure, it was an amazing weekend packed full of sexy sessions, creative minds merging, a little bit of teaching, (a little bit of puzzle-ing) and lots and lots of laughs. BUT ALSO A WHOLE BUNCH OF STEAMY BATHTUB SHOOTS. When we were styling these sessions, we had a specific vision for each (there were six total) and every single one.
I can’t put into words how romantic and sultry this session was. This adorably sexy couple have successfully proven (to the entire interwebs) that the fire doesn’t go out after marriage.
Aja is another fellow photographer that agreed to model for the workshop – and I am so glad that her sweet hubby agreed to model too. They day tripped up to Durham from Hickory, took a couple picklebacks (if you don’t know then you don’t know), and dove right in to the last session of the weekend. From the moment that Aja agreed to model, I asked her if they were up for a bathtub scene. I can’t tell you the kind of artistic satisfaction I had when the images came out exactly as I envisioned.
Consider this a warning that there are super steamy and scantily clad images in this post. More so than the other sessions from the weekend – but mind you it is not nudity, it is art… and a little bit of nudity. **side note – one of these images will be featured on LOOKSLIKEFILM!
